Me and my family have resided at this hotel for over a year and they are just looking for any reason to make us leave due issues with our last landlord that another story however this is unlawful because we are not " transient " guest we are residents

You said that there are issues with the last landlord, but a court will need to know what issues they were. What is an example of what you've been dealing with such that you feel this is an unlawful eviction?
