Just one, about the demand letter. Sara drafted it today, we should complete it tomorrow, how does it get sent? electronically or delivered by mail/in person?

Sure thing! So you can send this in any way want. It can be text, email, certified mail, or in person. I usually send letters via email because it’s faster and cheaper. This is how I recommend doing all of them!
