What are my options?

Just to provide some context: I sell digital courses online and also offer mentorship. One of my clients joined my mentorship program, and with my guidance, she made over $40,000 and is now on track to hit $100,000 selling digital products. I gave her full access to my strategies, answered her questions in open chats, and even joined her live sessions to provide real-time feedback and support. I have numerous messages from her expressing gratitude for the time, effort, and support I’ve provided. Unfortunately, she’s now using social media to publicly criticize my business and program, which is unfair and untrue. I’ve gone above and beyond to help her succeed, and this behavior needs to stop.

Hello! I’m so sorry to hear about that. My name is Dolan and I am an attorney here to help you out through this. If I can clarify, what is the reason that she was doing something like this? Did something change in the relationship?

Absolutely nothing. She has been making videos about my program that I offer all over social media and it is become a problem I am losing potential clients. she was part of my mentorship program and claim that I mis lead her which is totally false I have pages of tons of conversations in what's app where we communicate of her being grateful and thankful for all of the work I have helped her with now she's posting all of social and has a good size following

she bought into my mentorship, I helped her answered all of her question and then turned on me. It has to do with jealousy. Ive become one of the best digital marketers on live stream and she feels like I am taking most of her clients. now her way to stay relevant is to bash me and my course to stay relevant.

she disputed the charge which is what I am going though with her bank even though there are no refunds on digital products which is clearly stated in my terms and conditions.

I'm so sorry about this situation! I want to address your situation with a detailed response, so if you have any questions, don’t hesitate to ask! So I break it up in several parts to make it easy:  As such: Here is how I understand it: This is a classic case of alleged defamation and possible business interference. Ashley was once a mentee in your program, clearly benefitted financially from it, and even expressed gratitude and enthusiasm in messages. However, she's now turned around and is making public TikToks implying fraud or deceptive practices (like calling you a "robber" and accusing your program of not delivering mentorship). This shift in her behavior appears to be based on jealousy or competition, per your description, and you’ve got a strong paper trail to show your mentorship efforts. That helps in showing actual malice if you pursue a defamation claim, or at minimum, proving that what she’s saying is knowingly misleading and harmful to your reputation and business.

Defamation is basically a false and defamatory statement, made about a party, published to a third party, that causes harm (usually a lessened reputation in the community, lost business opportunity, or other harms as the facts dictate.) The issue with defamation claims is that the party claiming this has to prove the statement's falsity, prove that it was defamatory, and then prove financial damages. This means that if a person didn’t actually lose anything, then there is no case. For instance, Johnny Depp could not sue his ex-wife until he was fired by Disney and lost $10 million. Also, truth and opinion are also defenses to defamation as well. Defamation cases can be very, very difficult to prove. So in this case, this person's comments are things for which you can take action. You may want to consider just writing a cease and desist letter.  A cease and desist letter is basically like a "stop it now and don't do it anymore" letter. You can use this link for one - https://www.contractscounsel.com/t/document-form-checkout/292 Continue pursuing to refute the chargeback. Document as you have been. Report all these comments to TikTok's moderators in this case for her abusive behavior. Bonus tip: While dealing with all this, consider posting a short, calm video or statement reinforcing the value and truth about your program. Don’t name her, just talk about your real success stories (like hers) and include testimonials. That way, you’re owning your narrative and protecting your brand without looking defensive or petty. This helps trick the algorithm as well.
