How can I get my money owed to me by a business owner who BREACH 3 SIGNED CONTRACTS I HAVE WITH HIM? HE HAS CHEATED MANY OTHERS ALSO BY FILING BANKRUPTCY, CAN I HAVE A LAWYER GO AFTER HIS ASSESTS? In the contracts he lists 3 or 4 Properties as security for the loans, but I have found out either he did not own some of these properties or he sold some of these properties, doesn't that make him liable. Can my lawyer go after his assets?
