Hi Dalan, Thank you for messaging me:) Nice to meet you. I have 1 minor child who is almost 14. There is a permanent protective order on her and me and my 18 year old son. Protective order was issued for child abuse, fire arms etc of the father. Father’s criminal case is good and settled. Need to split assets on 2 properties asap. 1 home in Utah and 1 in CA. My wish and hope is to go for 50/50 on the properties and have sole custody of my 13 year old daughter. I’m hoping to get child support and Alimony. This is a 24 year marriage. Thank you
Ok thank you so much for including that! Do you know when trial is scheduled for? Also, are you running into a financial issue requiring the need to sell the property? If you need to catch up tomorrow, too, that's just fine since it's near close of business.
Hi, Trial is not set yet. I have one more hearing with the commissioner I believe on June 26th or 27th. After that, I think I need an attorney to request to go in front of the judge for trial as soon as possible. I am moving to CA in early June near my family so also need to ask the commissioner if I can do the June hearing on WebEx. I can come back to Utah in person for trial. I don’t have the money upfront to pay another attorney unless my father helps again. He’s paid $70,000 already so he is wanting me to find someone to help finish it. I have a 1 acre property in Bluffdale UT that needs to get put on the market very soon. I have no income and have been living off what my parents help out with because husband cut off all money in the very beginning. Has made things very difficult to survive. I would love to catch up with you tomorrow or whenever is good for you:) If you have any references if you can’t do it that would be greatly appreciated. I know I’m running out of time.
