To whomever receives this message,My name is Eric and I am a real estate investor.Long story short -- back in 2023 I paid my GC/property manager to do work on my triplex. He didn't do approximately $20,000 of work. Furthermore, some of the work he actually did do was shotty and had to be redone.I want to sue him for unjust enrichment, lost of rent, and any other restitution I am entitled to.Since then, I had to hire another GC to do the work he did not complete. Essentially paying out of pocket twice for two kitchens and two bathrooms that should of been done the first time around. Are you or any of your colleagues able to go over my evidence and see if I have a case?Thank you,Eric
