Hello Erika! Did they suggest the reasons why? Has the contract be cancelled? Just as a heads up, I will be out of the office the coming week, but I will check in when I can. Thanks!

I sent a demand letter and they're releasing it they were just trying to hold it and they weren't supposed to I couldn't get funding because there it's way overpriced and it's not cash flowing what they try to present it to be making.

Ok got it! In this case, what I would do is recommend sending a demand letter. The law says if they fail to perform their duties within a reasonable time if no time is stated in the contract, it is a breach of contract. We even sell templates for a breach of contract at a way cheaper price than hiring a lawyer. https://www.contractscounsel.com/t/document-form-checkout/119

I did it with Chat if they don't respond in the 5 days then I'm going to hire an attorney to go hard but that because they have no legal stance to keep the 7600.

Ok got it! Yes I remember! The website getting rid of the previous chats and I just remembered! Ok yes, my recommendation? Post a job on this site. You can post bids for free and lawyers will bid on the job like you can do on Yelp. As a bonus, what you should do is explain you want the letter on their law office letterhead!
